| Method: | |
| 1. | Peel kiwi fruit and cut into small pieces. Soak in boiling water and drain when ready to cook. |
| 2. | Wash spare ribs and wipe dry. Marinate with seasoning for 1/2 hour. Fry in cooked oil. |
| 3. | Saute garlic with 1 tbsp oil. Add seasoning and bring to boil. Add spare ribs and kiwi fruit. Stir fry until sauce is dried up. |

| Method: | |
| 1. | Wash Kei-chee and steam with 1 tbsp water for 20 minutes. |
| 2. | Wash medlar leaves and pick the leaves. Put in a sieve. |
| 3. | Shred lean pork and marinate with seasoning for 10 minutes. |
| 4. | Stir fry medlar leaves with 2 tbsp oil. Put in sieve. |
| 5. | Saute ginger with 2 tbsp oil. Add pork and stir fry for a while. Put in carrot and fry until pork is nearly cooked. Add water in which Kei-chee had been soaked. Put in sauce and medlar leaves. Mix well and dish up. |
