OX RIBS WITH MINCED GARLIC
Ingredients: Sauce:
1 lb frozen ox ribs
1/2 cup grapes
1/2 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tbsp red vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
Seasoning: 1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tbsp light soy
1/2 tsp sugar
Pinch of pepper
1 small egg
1 tbsp cornflour
1/2 tsp cornflour
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp water
Method:
1. Remove skin and seeds of grapes and soak in water.

Wash ribs and wipe dry. Cut each into 3 sections and marinate with seasoning for 10 minutes. Deep fry ribs one by one until it turns golden brown.

Saute minced ginger with 1 tbsp oil and add sauce. Bring to boil, then put in ribs and grapes. Mix well and serve.

Grapes are good for 'Hei' and blood particles. It alleviates constipation. Ox ribs also have the similar functions except alleviates constipatiion. It helps to strengthen the bones and muscles. Garlic has a function in killing germs.
